Well we must all start somewhere and this is my start at the attempt to set up a blog site to encourage discussion on legal and political topics of the day. I intend the comments to be posted on this blog to be fairly intellectual and supported by actual logic and reasoning and not serve to merely be used as another source to rant and rave about current events. If this blog can assist in a better understanding of the law both substantively and procedurally in the context of real world issues than it has achieved its purpose.
